Arthur Ashe Kids Day (AAKD)
Made You Love Tennis Foundation and AYSI (Athletes Youth Sports Institute) have joined forces as ambassadors of the late great Coach Wink's National Junior Tennis Learning (NJTL) program to continue his legacy of connecting hard work and dedication to endless possibilities for enriching one's life. As a reward for academic and athletic commitment throughout the school year and tennis season, the youth are annually taken to 2024 Arthur Ashe Kids' Day (AAKD) at the US Open in New York.
Education
PE Curriculum
Made You Love Tennis Foundation partners with local schools to introduce tennis to students for physical education from Pre-K to 6th grade. The program is typically held in a gymnasium or cafeteria, and MYLT provides tennis equipment and low-compression balls. The PE Curriculum combines fun tennis activities with lessons in sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, and essential concepts and principles.
Extra Curriculars
After School
Made You Love Tennis serves students aged 4-17 in various locations, including gymnasiums, parks, community centers, hoa subdivisions, and tennis clubs. Our dedicated staff provides tutoring, mentoring, prevention, and intervention programs to guide students on the right path.
